Chad Cohen is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Capella Space, where he guides company growth and oversees Capella’s operations across finance and accounting, strategic procurement, legal and information systems. Cohen has over 25 years of experience, most recently as CFO of Adaptive Biotechnologies (NASDAQ: ADPT), where he led the company through its 2019 IPO, and as CFO of Zillow Group (NASDAQ: Z&ZG), where he also led the company through its 2011 IPO. Among other finance roles during his tenure, he has also held positions at Ticketmaster and Ernst & Young. In addition, Cohen has extensive board experience, where he is currently Director and Audit Chairman at Vacasa (NASDAQ: VCSA), and where he previously contributed to the success of Ticketfly, Trupanion (NASDAQ: TRUP), as well as Adaptive before assuming his prior role as CFO.
