Christian Lenz is the Chief Technology Officer at Capella Space. Drawing from 30 years of experience in aerospace engineering and operations, Christian leads the integration of mechanical, electrical, and radar engineering disciplines into an effective deployment of the Capella small sat constellation. He built his first satellite in 1994. Christian holds a MS in Aerospace Engineering from Colorado University in Boulder, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Arizona State University. He is also a sailor, a cook, and world traveler who has sailed extensively throughout the Caribbean with his family on their catamaran “Blue.”
