Dayna Anderson is the Chief Operating Officer at Capella Space. She drives strategic growth, optimizing operations and streamlining the company’s organizational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Dayna has worked throughout her career in global organizations helping them achieve high performance on an international scale. Prior to Capella, she spent six years at Maxar Technologies, where she developed product roadmaps and improved the customer and partner experience in both international government and commercial industries. Dayna holds an MBA in international business from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business, an MA in international affairs from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, an MS in organizational psychology from William James College, and a BA in history from Arizona State University.
