Peter Tague is currently the Managing Partner at US Innovative Technology (USIT), an early and growth stage investment firm backing technology companies with dual-use applications to commercial customers and the national security community.
He was previously an Executive Vice President at In-Q-Tel, a strategic, early-stage technology investor supporting the intelligence community mission of the United States and its allies. He joined In-Q-Tel to start up its International business unit in a new relationship with US, UK, and Australian intelligence agencies, eventually establishing an organization with two foreign offices which had completed more than 35 deals in seven countries. Additionally, he oversaw IQT Labs, a group delivering insights around the hard problems facing national security by doing collaborative applied research.
Prior to 2018, Peter spent three decades in finance where he was most recently led Citi’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions franchise. Peter’s track record includes successful investment, advisory, defense, and capital raising transactions across a wide range of industries. Additionally, he has significant expertise in the areas of corporate governance and national security.
